my mission is to provide individuals with an alternative approach to eating well, help them create a better relationship with food, and help them ditch the toxic nature of diet culture.

i’m here to promote soulful self-care practices and to share the benefits of eating functional, nutritional foods. i’ll also share meal-prep and intuitive eating tips and weight loss programs with integrity.

although my primary focus is on eating well, it’s not just about what you put into your body that matters. it’s your environment, how you manage your stress, your spiritual practices, and exercising in ways that work for your body and its specific needs. I coach my clients to align themselves with holistic and mindful practices.
